What your quote covers.

Confirm the cabinet, integrated sink and countertop, accessories, and any drawings included in the offer. The quote should also identify the price and payment currency, payment schedule, production estimate, shipping arrangements, delivery access, and responsibility for import charges.

Installation and electrical options.

Installation is not included as standard. Your contractor should review the drawings, final dimensions, fitting allowance, mounting support, and plumbing requirements. Any supplied lighting or electrical components need separate confirmation of US suitability before they are included.

Warranty and aftercare.

Ask for the warranty terms applicable to the components and US destination in your quote. Our existing published warranty policy contains UK-specific installation references; it is not a confirmation that every electrical option or installation arrangement is suitable for a US project.

Delivery concerns.

For transit damage, contact supply@lavestudio.uk promptly with photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping labels. Lave’s published guidance asks for reports within 24 hours, so please inspect the delivery as soon as practical.
