Include width, depth, city, state, ZIP code, and your target installation date. Photos and a simple floor plan help. Mark dimensions in inches or millimeters.
Review the specification and delivery.
Confirm the quoted currency, what is included, production and transit estimates, delivery access, and responsibility for import charges before ordering. Your quote will identify the included components and delivery arrangements.
Coordinate with your installer.
Have your contractor review the drawings, wall support, sink drain, faucet, and plumbing layout. Installation is not included as standard; any electrical options need separate compatibility review.

Can I send dimensions in inches?
Yes. Include the units with every dimension. The final drawings need one agreed set of dimensions, including any installation allowance. For reference, 48 inches equals 1219.2 millimeters; do not round a finished opening to the nearest standard vanity size.
Is a countertop included with every vanity?
Your project quote defines the included components. Tell us whether you need a sink and countertop only or a vanity cabinet with an integrated sink and countertop. Faucets, mirrors, and other accessories should be listed separately where included.
How long will a US order take?
Timing depends on the specification and delivery destination. We confirm the production estimate and shipping arrangements for your quote. Do not use a UK delivery estimate to schedule your US installation.
What if something arrives damaged?
Photograph the item, packaging, and shipping labels and contact Lave promptly. Our published guidance asks customers to report transit damage within 24 hours. The appropriate response is assessed case by case; review the order information and order terms before purchase.
